At Thomas Family Bakery, all sales are final due to the perishable nature of our baked goods. We take great care to ensure every order meets our high-quality standards and is baked fresh with love.

If you experience an issue with your order or feel it does not meet our standard, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We'll do our best to make it right through a replacement or credit towards your next order.
